Stage 1 Technical-scientific substantiation regarding the technical, innovative, design solutions of the demonstrator of the CBR filtering-sorbent protective suit with reduced thermal stress in the laboratory phase, with a view to technological transfer to the economic operator

  1. Experimental research on the retention capacity of chemical warfare agents in the form of vapors, of innovative filter-sorbent materials, with superior properties, from the composition of the product’s manufacturing structure.
  2. Experimental research on the physical-mechanical characteristics and permeation of chemical, biological and radioactive agents through innovative multilayer structures (one of the layers being the filter-sorbent material), with possible use in the production of the product
  3. Experimental research on catalytic and photocatalytic self-decontamination solutions, special treatments, as well as processes for depositing nanostructured materials on textile supports
  4. Experimental research on the thermal comfort characteristics of innovative multilayer structures with possible use in the production of the product
  5. Research and design of the technological demonstrator of the CBR protective suit, filter-sorbent with reduced thermal stress. Modeling and simulations regarding the temperature map/local overheating areas during product use in different scenarios
  6. Wide-scale dissemination, through national/international communication and publication of the results. Creation of the project’s WEB page

Results:

Stage 2 Technical-scientific substantiation regarding the technical, innovative solutions for the realization of the demonstrator of the CBR filtering-sorbent protective suit with reduced thermal stress. Realization and testing of the demonstrator. Design, realization and verification of the functionality of the manufacturing line of the industrial prototype batch.
