Ciprian SAU<\/span><\/p>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Scopul acestui proiect consta in transferul unei tehnologii inovatoare de decontaminare, ce presupune utilizarea unor pelicule polimerice exfoliante pentru decontaminarea metalelor grele si radioactive, dinspre mediul academic, catre partenerul industrial STIMPEX S.A. Aceste pelicule polimerice au capacitatea de a ingloba agentul contaminant (metale grele sau metale radioactive) si de a-l inlatura, odata cu detasarea lor, de pe suprafata contaminata. Acesta idee de proiect a aparut pe fondul problemelor extrem de importante legate de protectia mediului, deoarece anual sunt identificate cantitati tot mai mari de deseuri chimice toxice in mediul inconjurator ca urmare a utilizarii cu precadere a metalelor grele si radioactive in domenii foarte importante precum industria de aparare si securitate nationala (capse de aprindere, detonatori), industria energetica nucleara, medicina etc. si care atrag dupa sine consecinte nefavorabile. Pentru a reduce efectele nocive cauzate de acesti contaminanti, acest consortiu isi propune sa dezvolve o metoda inovatoare de decontaminare a suprafetelor. Peliculele polimerice vor fi obtinute la scara de prototip industrial, printr-o modalitate de sinteza verde, utilizand materii prime prietenoase cu mediul inconjurator, biodegradabile, netoxice si ieftine. Raport stiintific<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Etapa II<\/span><\/h2>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Concluzii<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00cen cadrul Etapei 2\/2021 s-au realizat toate activit\u0103\u021bile prev\u0103zute \u00een Planul de realizare al proiectului. \u00cen baza activit\u0103\u021bilor efectuate pentru optimizarea tehnologiei de ob\u021binere a produsului \u201ePelicule deta\u0219abile pentru decontaminarea metalelor grele si radionuclizilor\u201d au fost stabili\u021bi parametrii tehnologici \u0219i fluxurile tehnologice ale procesului, iar pe baza acestor informa\u021bii a fost optimizat\u0103 \u0219i instala\u021bia de fabrica\u021bie a prototipului industrial. Lotul prototip industrial, const\u00e2nd \u00een 50 kg solu\u021bie de decontaminare \u201eStripCoat-HMR\u201d a fost supus unui program de testare evaluare pentru validarea \u00eendeplinirii cerin\u021belor impuse acestuia. Testarea prototipului s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat conform planului de testare \u015fi evaluare de dezvoltare PTED-StripCoatHMR, av\u00e2nd ca documente de baz\u0103 specifica\u021bia de dezvoltare SD\u2014StripCoatHMR \u0219i specifica\u021bia de fabrica\u021bie SF\u2014StripCoatHMR. Produsul a fost testat pentru \u00eencerc\u0103rile descrise \u00een PTED. S-a concluzionat c\u0103 produsul corespunde caracteristicilor tehnice \u015fi de performan\u021b\u0103 impuse \u00een specifica\u021bia de dezvoltare a produsului de baz\u0103, astfel: \u2013 \u00cen urma verific\u0103rilor ini\u021biale (componen\u021ba \u015fi aspectul produsului, existen\u021ba documentelor care atest\u0103 calitatea materiilor prime) \u015fi a verific\u0103rilor caracteristicilor fizico-chimice a rezultat c\u0103 produsul corespunde prevederilor documenta\u021biei, fapt confirmat prin rezultatele prezentate \u00een RTED. \u2013 \u00cen urma testelor efectuate pentru verific\u0103rile caracteristicilor de performan\u021b\u0103, a rezultat faptul c\u0103 prototipul realizat corespunde prevederilor specifica\u021biei de dezvoltare a produsului de baz\u0103: Plaja de valori ob\u021binute pentru cele trei tipuri de metale grele c\u00e2t \u0219i pentru cele trei tipuri de radionuclizi folosi\u021bi la test\u0103ri pe cinci tipuri de materiale este de 90-97%. \u00cen concluzie, \u00een urma desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii activit\u0103\u021bilor de testare \u015fi evaluare, \u00een conformitate cu planul de testare \u015fi evaluare de dezvoltare, produsul \u201eStripCoat-HMR \u2013 prototip industrial\u201d a corespuns prevederilor specifica\u021biei de dezvoltare.<\/span><\/p>\r\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identificarea rezultatelor Etapei 2\/2021 si gradul de realizare a obiectivelor<\/span><\/h3>\r\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tabelul 6 din prezentarea de mai jos prezint\u0103 rezultatele ob\u021binute \u00een cadrul fiec\u0103rei activit\u0103\u021bi din aceast\u0103 etap\u0103 c\u00e2t \u0219i documenta\u021bia \u00eentocmit\u0103, conform Planului de realizare al proiectului. CO-STIMPEX S.A. a emis o cerere pentru numirea unei comisii \u00een vederea omolog\u0103rii, care a fost transmis\u0103 c\u0103tre Ministerul Ap\u0103r\u0103rii Na\u021bionale \u2013 Departamentul pentru Armamente \u015eefului Direc\u0163iei Management \u015fi Programe de \u00cenzestrare. Etapa unica din anul 2022 a atins urmatoarele obiective:<\/span><\/p>\r\n<ol>\r\n<li><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Memoriu tehnic in vederea omolog\u0103rii, care are ca anexe
